Zinc Companies Collaborate for the BBC

Our team in Qatar recently joined forces with Tern, our sister company in the Zinc Media Group. As a leading UK factual TV producer within Zinc Media Group, Tern showcases excellence in Arts, History, Travel and Adventure, and we partnered with them for the third instalment of their ‘Inside Museums’ series for the BBC, hosted by the esteemed Alastair Sooke.

This latest episode brought the series to the vibrant city of Doha to explore the Museum of Islamic Art, and our 20 years of experience and creating some of Qatar’s most prestigious and high-profile films made us a natural partner for such a project.

Our partnership allowed us to obtain exclusive access to some of the city’s most remarkable and culturally significant sites, filming with royalty, enriching the project’s narrative and offering viewers an unparalleled glimpse into the heart of Doha’s artistic and historical treasures.

Being able to team up with Tern in a way that seamlessly blended our unique strengths to craft a truly mesmerising exploration of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha was very special, and we’re excited for more collabs and projects in the future as we continue to push the boundaries.
